III. Check in discussion re: new member for board.
IV. Public hearing and special town meeting review.
a. Height restriction on solar panels rejected.
b. Moratorium on medical marijuana clinics rejected.
V. Overview of current projects in town right now:
a. a). School feasibility study.
b. b). Library beginning feasibility study to examine options (approved at the special town meeting).
c. c). Community Center underway.
VI. Discussion about Planning Board/planning response to projects.
VII. List and prioritize Plan Bd topics, i.e. wind bylaw, medical marijuana bylaw, ADU’s, NFIP (and anything I may have forgotten).
VIII. Board to create agenda for January –May town meeting.
